Role Overview:

Operates and manages screen printing, embroidery, and DTF processes to produce Lifted’s clothing line and merch.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare artwork files for print/embroidery.

Operate screen printing presses, embroidery machines, and DTF equipment.

Maintain equipment and manage production workflow.

Ensure quality control on all apparel runs.

Collaborate with creative team on new product launches.

Ideal Skills:

Experience with print/embroidery equipment.

Understanding of garment decoration techniques.

Attention to detail and quality standards.

Ability to manage multiple orders with deadlines.
